Gotham City had been over run for years by criminals and mobsters that is to say until the Masked Vigilante arrived. The man in the suite was doing his best to clean up the city of the scum that infested it, and was doing a rather fine job....Then HE showed up.
"I'm an agent of chaos"
From out of the dark city's underbelly came someone that seems to have appeared out of a child's worst nightmare. He's a murderous sociopath with a permanent grin disfiguring his face and he's out to set the world on fire just to watch it burn.
"Introduce a little Anarchy"
It seems that when Batman put away so many of Gotham's criminals it left a void in the streets of the city, a void now being filled by theatrical villains a thousand times worse then anything Gotham had seen before hand. When HE appeared it seemed that with him came along a host of new villains to feast upon what was left of the city.
"How many of your friends have I killed?"
All the while the citizens are left in the middle of the turmoil while the people in charge of Gotham are either bought off by the villains or try futilely to reclaim their city. Vigilantes have begun to rise, but will that be enough to bring the city back from the darkness or will it fall completely?
"People will die, starting tonight"[/center][/url]
